SPONSOR: The Sponsor of the Hanna Ticket Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is Suicide Girls,
5927 Franklin Ave. Suite B Los Angeles, CA 90028 (“Sponsor”).
Sweepstakes starts at 10AM Pacific Daylight Time (“PDT”) on 3/24/11, and ends at 5PM PDT on 3/30/11 (the “Promotion Period”).
Respond to SuicideGirls post via e-mail and be eligible for a chance to win a pair of tickets to a local screening of Hanna in the specific local screening markets listed below. In each “local screening market” listed below, 25 prizes will be awarded. Each prize consists of a pair of screening passes to a screening of Hanna (“Screening”) to be held on dates to be determined at sole discretion of Sponsor and a one (1) month membership to http://suicidegirls.com The approximate retail value of each prize is $32. Prize winners and their respective guests will be required to arrive at the designated Screening theatre a minimum of one (1) hour prior to the announced time of the Screening, or prize will be forfeited in its entirety. Prize winners will be solely responsible for their own transportation to and from the screening. Membership codes will be e-mailed to winners and must be activated in order to be redeemed.

Specific local Screening dates are to be determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and are subject to changes.
Eligibility: Each local screening market random drawing is open only to registered SuicideGirls members or Facebook fans who are (1) eighteen (18) years of age or older
Agreement to Official Rules: By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.
How to Enter:
• Enter the Sweepstakes online by e-mailing Hanna@suicidegirls.com (“Entry E-mail Address”) during the Promotion Period with the following information:

⁃ City and Zip Code of your residence (must be within one (1) of the local screening markets listed above and be the local screening market drawing you are entering)
• 25 respondents in each local screening market will receive a pair of screening passes and an e-mail gift code to SuicideGirls.com
Limit: One (1) entry per person. Entries in excess of this limit will be void. All entries must be received at the Sweepstakes Site during the Promotion Period. Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for lost, late, stolen, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible entries, which will be disqualified. Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for inability to connect to or send e-mail to the Entry E-mail Address. Proof of sending an e-mail to the Entry E-mail Address does not constitute proof of delivery. Use of any automated system to submit entries is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.
Drawings: The prize drawings for the Hanna screening passes will be conducted in accordance with these Official Rules on or about March 31, 2011. The local screening market random drawings will be conducted from amongst all eligible entries received in accordance with these Official Rules by Sponsor, whose decisions as to the administration of the Sweepstakes and the selection of potential winners are final and binding. Entrant selected must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. The potential winner will be notified by email on/before (4/01/11) and will be required to respond to the notification and verify his/her eligibility within twenty-four (24) hours of issuance or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor’s sole discretion. No substitution, assignment or transfer of prize permitted, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize or prize component with another of comparable or greater value. Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use.
General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prizes for each local screening market at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
Release: By entering this Sweepstakes, entrant agrees to release and hold harmless, Sweepstakes Entities and their respective employees, officers, directors and shareholders from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize. Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for changes in scheduling or cancellation of any Screening.
