About Turquoise Noise
Turquoise Noise is a Los Angeles-based, 5-piece alt-rock outfit with a penchant for spooky grooves and soaring choruses. The lineup features lead vocalist and frontman Evan Snyder, who provides searing, lush melodies and hypnotic call-to-action lyrics. Guitarists Brandon Villa and Bryce Darrow layer chiming rhythms and cutting melodic leads, while drummer Destin Rogers and bassist Brendan Snyder provide a strutting backbone to the whole. Turquoise Noise recently recorded their anticipated self-titled full-length debut at Lavish Studios, owned and operated by the late Scott Weiland, who graciously invited the band to make their record in his private studio and open his sold out homecoming show at the El Rey Theatre in June of 2015. Poised for festival stages worldwide, their live show evokes an atmosphere of driving rock n’ roll and an urgent need to shake your bones. The album’s opening track, “Tabula Rasa”, recently received national radio airplay on 95.5 KLOS, preceding their packed out debut performance in Hollywood. The new sound is upon us.
