Happy Friday the 13th from BlankTV!
We normally release our video premieres on Tuesdays but our friends The Dopamines insisted that we do this new one today. Why not? Their new record is called Expect the Worst and Friday the 13th is an ‘expect the worse’ kinda day, especially if you’re a hormone-addled camp counselor.
So another year of summer Warped shows is coming to an end.
We managed to catch up with some of this year’s participants at the Pomona show for some great recaps and interviews, plus some explicit barbecue party orgy stories for you coming next week.
In the meantime we were lucky enough to meet up with James Lynch from the Dropkick Murphys. BlankTV goes way back with these guys and James shared with us his humble beginnings with the band and what it’s like to be a part of one of the most passionate and hardest working bands ever.
And how about this fan video? We’ve seen a million ‘fan’ videos for all kinds of bands, but this guy Sean O’Connor likes painting subjects with a focus on the boring and sometimes unsettling truth.
It’s a well-known rule of thumb that you can never go wrong with animated bunnies and monsters.
